COOLING SECTION

• This is an optional cooling station of 3 m length with 3 cooling fans (ventilators). Dimensions and cooling capacity can be changed according to customer’s desire.

DISCHARGE SECTION

• It is located before the glue melting section. It is possible to mount a bobbin (coil) of 300 mm width and maximum 800 mm in diameter. The inner diameter of the bobbin can be 76 and 150 mm. Pneumatic brakes and (tensioning) control system available.

WINDING SECTION

• With electronic tensioning control system; it is a winding station integrated with the output speed of the machine which is able to wind bobbins up to 300 mm width.
